The design of the gullets between the cutting segments have a massive impact on the performance of all cutting discs.
These gullets are set at 30 degree angles so that debris is cleared away and directed away from the cutting edge of the blade.

Lower vibrations
Vibration during use is reduced by the use of keyhole gullets. The shape of these give you less vibration of the blades during use and also less chipping of the materials being cut.

When cutting reinforced concrete, asphalt and metals always check for the inclined wedge segment. This is an essential safety feature that gives undercut protection so the segments don’t break off and the disc wears more evenly.
Self cooling so cutting metal in any materials is easy
The large number and unique arrangement of the cooling holes in the main core of the disc means that more air flows through and around the blade during use so that the core stay cool, it also retains its shape as a result of staying cool so the blade also lasts longer.

Titanium coated diamond grit gives you a blade that has a far longer cutting life. It is also stronger and is easily able to cut harder materials, like metal reinforced concrete. The grit doesn’t wear down or fall out as fast. Scientific research has shown that usage life can be increased by up to 50%.
