Design

Laser welded

The segments are laser welded segments are fixed to the body of the diamond disc. This means that your diamond disc will last much longer, be far safer and cut much better when cutting asphalt and abrasive materials as the segments are more securely connected to the core..

The double-tension steel core give it maximum stability during use. Your blade is much less likely to warp and bend during use as the disc itself it thicker and much stronger.

The Inclined wedge segments give the diamond disc undercut protection so that the segments are less likely to tear off during use.

Reduced vibration

Keyhole gullets trap air, giving the dust an easy escape route , reducing vibration, reducing noise and helping to give a cleaner more accurate cut. This is essential when cutting asphalt.
